CSLS Prize in Language and Social Justice
The CSLS is very pleased to award the first ever "CSLS Prize in Language and Social Justice" to Lovis Hoppmann (University of Zurich). The winning project, "queering the German language", deals with the development of a best practice language guide for gender-sensitive language use in a heterogeneous Swiss society. We congratulate Lovis warmly and look forward to the lecture on the project, which will take place on 15 December as part of the lecture series "Language and Social Justice"!
