Women's Voices Project
Commemorating the 50th anniversary of women’s suffrage in Switzerland, the CSLS’s Women’s Voices initiative sought to discover whether women are heard in Switzerland. As part of the online campaign womensvoices.ch running from July to October 2021, Swiss people shared what it means to them to have a voice. The CSLS itself collected and posted quotes and research results around language, gender, and sexism. All voices as well as interesting sociolinguistic facts about women’s voices can be found @womensvoices.ch on Facebook and Instagram. The online channels are continuously updated with further information and voices.
